【国家统计局董莉娟：PPI继续下降 部分行业价格呈现积极变化】金十数据4月10日讯，国家统计局城市司首席统计师董莉娟解读2025年3月份PPI数据：PPI环比下降主要有以下原因，一是国际输入性因素影响国内石油和部分出口行业价格下行。国际原油价格下行带动国内石油相关行业价格环比下降，其中石油和天然气开采业价格下降4.4%，精炼石油产品制造价格下降1.7%，有机化学原料制造价格下降0.2%。部分出口行业价格环比下降，计算机通信和其他电子设备制造业价格下降0.7%，汽车制造业价格下降0.4%。二是煤炭等能源需求季节性下行。北方冬季供暖陆续结束，采暖用煤需求下降，电煤库存处于高位，加之新能源发电具有一定替代作用，煤炭开采和洗选业价格环比下降4.3%，电力热力生产和供应业价格环比下降0.4%，合计影响PPI环比下降约0.10个百分点。三是部分原材料行业价格下行。节后房地产、基建项目开工较为平稳，钢材、水泥等生产恢复快于需求，叠加生产成本下降，黑色金属冶炼和压延加工业、非金属矿物制品业价格环比均下降0.5%，合计影响PPI环比下降约0.05个百分点。
