　　富智康集团（02038）公布，董事会建议按每10股已发行及未发行每股面值0.04美元的现有股份合并为1股每股面值0.40美元的合并股份的基准进行股份合并。

　　现有股份现时以每手买卖单位为1，000股的现有股份于联交所买卖。于股份合并生效后，买卖合并股份的每手买卖单位将维持为1，000股的合并股份。
