Regional Express Holdings (ASX:REX) will be removed from the Australian Securities Exchange's official list if it fails to meet the deadlines related to its outstanding periodic report and plans to resume trading, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse announcement.

The airline will be removed from the ASX if it fails to submit its oldest outstanding financial report by Aug. 30 and execute plans for trading in its securities to resume by July 31, 2026. The removal will take effect on the first trading day after those deadlines lapse.

Regional Express has been suspended from trading since late July 2024 due to liquidity woes.
