现代中药集团(01643.HK) 公布，于周二(8日)与大健康(全球)投资基金管理订立认购协议。据悉，大健康(全球)投资基金管理同意认购现代中药集团，以现金3,240万元配发及发行合共1.2亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.27元。
公告指，认购协议项下之认购股份相当于公司现有已发行股本为20%；以及经扩大后之已发行股本约16.67%。认购价每股认购股份0.27元，周二于联交所的收市价0.26港元溢价约3.85%。
假设认购股份获悉数认购，预期认购事项的所得款项总额将为3,240万元。认购事项所得款项净额亦为3,240万元，相当于每股认购股份净价为0.27元。该公司拟将所得款项净额用作集团进一步投资及业务发展。(js/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
