智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨9.43%，报7.08港元，成交额1791.68万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药发布公告，根据公司股东于公司2024年6月6日举行的股东周年大会上批准的购回股份的一般授权及(如适用)未来股东于公司不时的股东大会上批准的购回股份的任何一般授权，其拟不时于公开市场上购回价值不超过2亿港元的公司股份。包括目前的购回计划，公司于2025年至今累计拨出2.4亿港元用于股份购回，彰显了公司持续提升股东价值的承诺。
此外，和铂医药近日完成发行7627.18万股认购股份，净筹约1.042亿美元。公司此前发布公告称，与阿斯利康再次订立全球战略合作协议，以共同研发针对免疫性疾病、肿瘤及其他多种疾病的新一代多特异性抗体。此外，阿斯利康以每股10.74港币的价格认购和铂医药增发的9.15%股份，较3月21日收盘价溢价约37.2%，投资额为1.05亿美元。
