消息面上，4月10日，国家医保局公告，为加强生育保险的社会保障作用，深化“三医”联动改革，不断创新和完善我国生育保障制度，进一步提升生育保险管理及服务能力和水平，支撑健康中国建设，经国家医疗保障局同意，中国医疗保险研究会理事会审议通过，决定成立中国医疗保险研究会生育保险专业委员会。值得一提的是，今年以来，已有浙江、内蒙古、江苏等地推出育儿补贴、住房优惠、托育扩容等组合措施，浙江将辅助生殖纳入医保，呼和浩特实施阶梯式生育补贴，江苏推广生育津贴"免申即享"。
