消息面上，微盟集团此前公布2024年业绩，实现收入约13.39亿元，毛利约5.96亿元，经调整净亏损约5.33亿元，同比收窄3%。公司积极探索AI技术与核心业务的融合，微盟WAI已成功接入包括 DeepSeek、腾讯混元、通义千问在内10余家大模型平台，并面向电商和零售等行业布局15大AI Agent产品矩阵。

德银指出，展望今年，管理层相信随著业务调整的影响逐渐消退，Saas业务收入有望触底反弹，商家解决方案业务收入应恢复强劲增长，因为广告返利下降的影响将转嫁给广告主。更重要的是，AI开发的增长和微信小店为公司提供长期可观的机会。该行预测微盟集团今年总收入按年增长两成，经营现金流和经调整净利润预测持续录得按年增长。
