金吾财讯 | 乳业股普遍拉升，优然牧业(09858)涨3.56%，蒙牛乳业(02319)涨3.33%，中国飞鹤(06186)涨2.64%，现代牧业(01117)涨1.83%，原生态牧业(01431)涨0.84%。消息面上，国家医保局公告，为加强生育保险的社会保障作用，深化“三医”联动改革，不断创新和完善我国生育保障制度，进一步提升生育保险管理及服务能力和水平，支撑健康中国建设，经国家医疗保障局同意，中国医疗保险研究会理事会审议通过，决定成立中国医疗保险研究会生育保险专业委员会。目前专委会筹备工作已就绪，现对社会各界征集会员。辽宁省发改委公开征求《辽宁省大力提振消费若干举措（征求意见稿）》意见。加强生育养育保障。其中提出，落实育儿补贴制度。将参加职工基本医疗保险的灵活就业人员、农民工、新就业形态人员纳入生育保险。实施儿科服务年行动，二级以上公立综合医院全部设置儿科。在儿童季节性疾病高发期，加强儿科医疗服务监测，根据就医需求加大医疗机构夜间儿科门（急）诊开放力度。依法查处劳动者对用人单位未落实生育养育假等问题的投诉举报。
