Primis Financial Reports Non-Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Rule

Primis Financial (FRST) said late Wednesday it has been notified that it is not in compliance with a Nasdaq listing rule for failure to timely file its Form 10-K for the period ending Dec. 31, 2024.

The company plans to file the Form 10-K as "promptly as practicable" and "will be in compliance with the listing rules" before a panel hearing.
