智通财经APP讯，宁波建工(601789.SH)发布公告，公司与公司全资子公司宁波建工工程集团有限公司(以下简称“建工集团”)及公司控股子公司宁波市政工程建设集团股份有限公司(以下简称“市政集团”)、宁波冶金勘察设计研究股份有限公司(以下简称“宁冶勘”)组成的联合体为宁波枢纽产城融合板块布政东片综合开发项目(二次重招)中标候选人。
项目合作模式：确定项目的中标人后，招标人与中标人共同出资设立项目公司，项目公司注册资本2亿元人民币。招标人股权比例为10%，中标人股权比例为90%。由项目公司具体负责项目的规划设计咨询、投融资、建设、移交、运营等工作。项目合作规模暂定103.02亿元，包括片区开发前期费用投资50亿元和工程建设投资53.02亿元(包括工程费用45.45亿元、工程建设其他费5.05亿元、预备费2.52亿元)。工程建设投资规模以批复的所有子项目概算投资额之和为准。投标浮动率：建筑安装工程费下浮率5%，投资收益率5%。合作期限：合作期10年，其中建设期6年。
