花旗银行与金融壹账通交流对话 探索深化合作领域
本报讯 （记者李冰）日前，花旗银行高管代表团到访金融壹账通，双方就全球金融数字化转型趋势下的企业银行、零售银行及技术应用等议题展开深入探讨。据悉，在零售银行及财富管理领域，身份识别防Deepfake反欺诈与AI智能投顾成为双方关注的焦点。
据介绍，花旗银行对金融壹账通参与香港特区政府和其他香港银行的身份识别与防Deepfake反欺诈功能进展表示高度关注，并就开户与申请贷款中的深度伪造防范措施进行深入交流。
金融壹账通团队分享了生成式AI（GenAI）在金融领域的应用案例，包括智能客服、信用评估及个性化营销等，并就大模型技术在银行业务中的落地前景交换了前瞻性见解。同时，展示了基于人工智能的智能风控技术，详细介绍了如何通过数据建模提升贷款审批效率与精准度。双方重点围绕信用评估与风险控制的创新模式交换了意见。
据悉，未来，双方将持续发挥各自在金融场景与技术研发上的优势，在企业银行、零售银行以及前沿技术应用等领域深化合作。
