消息面上，4月9日晚间，据市场消息报道，根据知情人士透露，在金融市场经历历史性动荡之际，普拉达从时尚集团Capri Holdings手中收购范思哲的谈判面临在最后一刻破裂的风险。普拉达已初步同意以约14亿美元的价格从Capri手中收购范思哲，这笔交易最早可能在周四上午宣布。但知情人士补充说，普拉达家族成员仍需签署协议。其中一位知情人士表示，截至本周三上午，达成协议的可能性仍是五五开。不过，市场波动以及关税的不确定影响给双方达成最终协议增加了难度，关税已对奢侈品零售业造成冲击。
