Stockland (ASX:SGP) and its consortium partners, Link Wentworth, City West Housing, and Birribee Housing, have finalized contractual negotiations to develop the Waterloo Renewal Project in Sydney, along with the New South Wales government, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The development will be delivered in multiple stages, with work expected to begin in 2027, pending necessary planning and internal approvals, the filing said.
