Goodman Bulls Stay Positive Ahead of Potential Catalysts -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
10 Apr

0056 GMT - Goodman Group's bulls at Citi think the stock is attractively priced ahead of market updates that could act as share-price catalysts. Keeping a buy rating on the stock, Citi's analysts see the stock's recent underperformance relative to peers as a result of a capital raise and worries over the growth outlook for data centers. This has left the stock trading on cheaper multiples prior to its move into data centers, and offering value relative to global peers. The Citi analysts remain optimistic on the underlying demand both for data centers and for Goodman's core industrial business. They are watching for next month's 3Q update and August's FY results announcement. Citi keeps a A$40.00 target price on the stock, which is up 11% at A$29.01. (stuart.condie@wsj.com)
