智通财经APP讯，合生创展集团(00754)发布公告，截至2025年3月31日止3个月，集团及其合营公司及联营公司的总合约销售金额为约人民币20.74亿元，同比减少46.74%;其中物业合约销售约人民币19.02亿元;装修合约销售约人民币1.72亿元。就2025年3月单月而言，集团及其合营公司及联营公司的总合约销售金额为约人民币11.74 亿元，其中物业合约销售约人民币11.03亿元;及装修合约销售约人民币0.71亿元。截至2025年3月31日止3个月，集团及其合营公司及联营公司的物业合约销售面积为约89894平方米，物业合约销售平均售价为约每平方米人民币21160元。
截至2025年3月31日止3个月，集团及其合营公司及联营公司以“合生”品牌代建管理的非自投物业(合生代建管理物业)的总合约销售面积为约17958平方米，合约销售金额为约人民币16.90亿元。就2025年3月单月而言，集团及其合营公司及联营公司就合生代建管理物业的合约销售面积为约10478平方米，合约销售金额为约人民币9.95亿元。
