在近日的一场播客节目中，微软首席技术官（CTO）凯文·斯科特预测：“未来一年，AI智能体（AI Agent）最大的缺陷——记忆能力将实现重大突破，它与人类的交互模式将发生显著变化。”

　　AI智能体作为能够独立行动和做出决策的人工智能，正逐渐成为科技领域关注的焦点。英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋今年1月曾明确表示“AI智能体的时代已经到来”，这一观点凸显了AI智能体在当下人工智能发展热潮中的重要地位。而OpenAI首席执行官萨姆·奥尔特曼也曾预测AI智能体可能在今年进入劳动力市场，这进一步说明了AI智能体在实际应用层面的潜力和发展趋势。

　　尽管AI智能体发展前景广阔，但目前仍面临一些挑战，绝大多数智能体的记忆往往是短暂的，缺乏长时间的上下文追踪能力。斯科特表示：“它们明显缺乏记忆，这使得它们显得非常事务性。”斯科特解释道，即使是那些具备一定记忆功能的AI智能体，其记忆形式也非常有限。这种记忆能力的缺失，限制了AI智能体在与用户交互过程中的表现，使其难以像真正的人类同事一样，根据过往的交互经验来更好地适应用户的偏好。

　　斯科特还表示，产品管理经理需要成为AI智能体领域的“专家”。随着AI智能体技术的应用和发展，产品管理经理需要深入了解这一领域的技术特点、发展趋势以及市场需求，以便更好地推动相关产品的开发和优化。　（林欣）
