本次增持计划实施前，华宝投资未持有公司股份，公司实际控制人中国宝武及其一致行动人合计控制公司股份246531.19万股，占公司总股本的27.85%。截至2025年4月9日，中国宝武及其一致行动人合计控制公司股份260277.16万股，占公司总股本的29.40%。其中，华宝投资持有公司13745.97万股A股，占公司总股本的1.55%。
