智通财经APP讯，兖矿能源(01171)公布，2025 年 4 月 9 日，公司收到控股股东山东能源集团有限公司(“山东能源”)发来的《关于支持上市公司高质量发展的函》。
山东能源坚定看好中国资本市场发展前景和公司的长期投资价值。为贯彻落实国务院《关于进一步提高上市公司质量的意见》要求，维护广大投资者利益，提升兖矿能源中长期投资价值，助力中国资本市场稳定和经济高质量发展，山东能源承诺：
1. 除因法律法规、规章及规范性文件、国家政策和监管机构另有要求外，自本承诺函出具之日起 12 个月内，山东能源将不主动减持所持有的公司股份。在上述承诺期间内，如公司发生资本公积转增股本、派送股票红利、配股、增发等事项，山东能源取得的新增股份亦将遵守本条承诺。
2. 山东能源将结合资本市场的发展态势、公司股票的市场行情及山东能源资金安排等因素，自本承诺函出具之日起12 个月内择机实施增持兖矿能源股份的行动，并公布增持计划，全力维护兖矿能源市值和资本市场平稳运行。
3. 山东能源将继续积极支持兖矿能源深耕主责主业，增强核心竞争力，并将在综合考虑相关资产的质量、公司的资金安排等情况的基础上，持续向公司注入优质主业资产，实现优质资产向公司集聚，支持公司持续、稳定、健康发展，优化提升投资者回报。
