Privia Health Group (PRVA) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Integrated Medical Services to expand its operations into Arizona.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
Privia Health said it is launching Privia Medical Group-Arizona, with IMS serving as the anchor practice under a long-term management agreement while remaining physician-owned and operated.
IMS is expected to be implemented on the Privia platform in Q4, and the partnership is expected to be profitable in Q4 and for full-year 2026, the company said.
Privia Health shares were 2.9% higher in recent trading.
