智通财经APP讯，TCL电子(01070)公布，于2025年4月9日，公司根据股份奖励计划向860名对TCL电子做出贡献及承担主要经营业绩责任的激励对象授予合计9149.79万股附带业绩兑现条件的奖励股份，他们为公司董事、最高行政人员、其他雇员参与者及关连实体参与者，以他们接受为前提条件。
本次授予与公司关键业绩指标(即经调整归属于母公司拥有者净利润增长比率)挂钩，紧密绑定TCL电子管理层及核心骨干人员个人利益与TCL电子中长期业绩表现，并向市场传达对TCL电子全球业务高质量可持续增长的信心与诚心。
鉴于此次授予以及奖励股份未来的归属安排，公司将基于对股份价值的合理判断，并考虑资本市场整体趋势，指示信托人根据股份奖励计划规则择机在公开市场购买股份作为奖励股份。
