智通财经APP讯，中新控股(08125)公布，于2025年3月31日，所有46,384,918股不获认购供股股份已由配售代理以每股0.289港元的价格配售予不少于8名独立承配人。
由于有关供股的所有条件已获达成，供股已成为无条件且135,457,920股供股股份(占供股项下供股股份总数的100%)将获配发及发行。供股(包括配售事项)筹得的所得款项总额及净额分别约为3920万港元及3670万港元。公司拟将供股所得款项净额2570万港元用于支持集团项目，其中约1500万港元用于向物流中心项目的承包商付款，约700万港元用于向分包商支付预付款项及╱或即将进行项目开始前的物资供应，及约370万港元用作即将进行项目的初步启动资金;590万港元用于结清债务，包括应付费用、贸易及其他应付款项;及510万港元用作集团一般营运资金，其中约360万港元用于物流中心项目及即将进行项目的员工成本及约150万港元用于其他办公费用。
