智通财经APP讯，中远海发(02866)发布公告，公司预期(i)截至2025年3月31日止3个月归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为人民币4.8亿元，与截至2024年3月31日止3个月的约人民币4.47亿元相比增长约7.38%，与截至2024年12月31日止3个月的约人民币3.05亿元相比增长约57.38%;及(ii)截至2025年3月31日止3个月归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约为人民币4.66亿元，与截至2024年3月31日止3个月的约人民币2.3亿元相比增长约102.61%，与截至2024年12月31日止3个月的约人民币2.67亿元相比增长约74.53%。
董事会认为，预计截至2025年3月31日止3个月的归属于母公司所有者的净利润及归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益的净利润将增加，主要由于以下原因：今年以来，全球贸易呈现复杂多变态势，市场需求温和成长。公司坚持改革创新，围绕“做强做优做大、实现高质量发展”主题，聚焦厚植航运基因，有效整合科技资源，研发高附加值产品，推动集装箱制造智能化、低碳化发展;租造协同独特优势有效释放，集装箱租赁规模迈上新台阶;船舶租赁业务有效拓展，质效双升，公司产融服务能力有效提升，公司2025年第一季度生产经营开局良好。
