智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研报称，将国际油价按市值计价，2025及2026财年布伦特期油预测分别降至每桶65及62美元，长期油价预期为55美元，将中国海洋石油(00883)目标价由20.7港元下调至17.6港元，给予“增持”评级。该行表示，基于油价下跌因素，将中国海洋石油2025及2026财年总收入预测，分别削减10%及7%;总盈利预测分别削减15%及13%。不过该行亦预期，中海油在成本控制方面将继续在“三桶油”中领先。
