　　金蝶国际（00268）盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.45%，现报11.74港元，成交额3.67亿港元。

　　4月9日，金蝶国际公布，金蝶持续深化云订阅模式转型战略，截至2025年3月31日，金蝶云订阅服务年经常性收入（ARR）约为人民币35.6亿元，同比增长约20%；金蝶云·苍穹&星瀚、金蝶云·星空、金蝶云·星辰、金蝶精斗云的净金额续费率（Net Dollar Retention， NDR）分别为108%、94%、92%、88%。期内，集团中标签约贵州茅台、吉利控股、中国医药、中国纸业、零一万物、未来式智能等知名企业。

　　申万宏源此前指出，公司现以“云+AI”双引擎驱动，深度赋能企业数字化转型。公司2024年云服务收入占比已达82%，合同负债、经营性现金流等先行财务指标快速增长，25年有望扭亏为盈。云转型已进入收获阶段，后续战略重心全面转向以AI Agent为核心的企业数字化赋能当中，AI的长期积累和快速迭代，有望快速实现收益。
