百度(09888.HK) 在2025联盟大会上宣布推出“百看计划”和“智跃计划”，将通过能力开放、资源扶持及资金支持，赋能开发者和合作伙伴，推动商业增长与生态扩容。
当中，“百看计划”聚焦AI重构搜索产品，通过多模态输入、有用答案和任务助力，将与华为、荣耀、OPPO、vivo、小米(01810.HK) 、三星及联想(00992.HK) 等国内主流手机厂商合作，共建AI搜索生态。
至于“智跃计划”将开放直播、电商、短剧与智能体四大能力，并提供25亿元人民币专项激励金，助力开发者收入再提升20%。
数据显示，去年百度联盟开发者数量已突破200万，变现水平按年增长33%，双11消费升82%。
