新浪科技讯 4月9日下午消息，对于近期宁德时代将控股蔚来能源的消息，蔚来能源产业合作负责人于希伟今日于蔚来App谈及此事时回应称，“蔚来这十年来的努力，得到了社会各界广泛认可，吸引人才的同时也吸引了很多优秀企业的关注，有人欣赏我们，也是我们不断努力的动力。”

　　此前，有外媒报道称，宁德时代正在就收购电动汽车制造商蔚来（Nio）旗下能源业务部门的控股权进行谈判。据报道，宁德时代在今年3月宣布对蔚来能源（Nio Power）部门进行最高25亿元人民币的投资后，提出了收购控股权的提议。在报道中，知情人士并未透露宁德时代收购蔚来能源交易的金额，但此前在2024年的一轮融资中，蔚来能源的估值已超过100亿元人民币

　　于希伟还进一步透露称，目前蔚来全国15个省都已经有确定的产业合作伙伴，并在持续增加。这些伙伴将和蔚来正共同建设中国最大的拥有完整自主知识产权的换电网络。（文猛）
