消息面上，4月3日，华宝国际发布公告，公告中提到公司与广东中烟公司的关联交易情况。自第三份公告发布后，公司已收到广东中烟公司发出的采购订单，涉及烟用生产原料，订单总金额约为3500万元。根据上市规则，广东中烟公司被视为公司的关联人士，因此这些交易构成关联交易。
国信证券指出，基于减害性而对传统烟草形成替代，新型烟草渗透率快速提升且成长空间广阔，美国非合规监管执法趋严有利于需求回流至合规换弹式、HNB市场从0到1开拓，欧洲主要国家一次性电子烟禁令预计在2025年陆续生效，利好换弹式与开放式市场增长。据悉，HNB烟弹需要的香精用量是传统卷烟用量的6-10倍，单吨价值也更高。华宝国际为国内烟用香精龙头。
