智通财经APP获悉，物管股今日回暖，截至发稿，华润万象生活(01209)涨4.17%，报34.95港元；永升服务(01995)涨3.57%，报1.74港元；融创服务(01516)涨3.21%，报1.61港元；碧桂园服务(06098)涨1.97%，报6.72港元。
美银证券发布研报称，去年中国物管行业的现金水平持续上升6%，目前平均占其市场份额的50%。现金的累积可能使行业在市场低迷时相对更具防守性，但这亦表明物管公司缺乏投资机会。如果该行业的自由现金流保持稳健，该行认为行业可透过进行新投资、进一步提高股东回报及潜在私有化机会来调配资金。
中信证券认为，物业服务行业在2025年将迎来三大机遇。首先是逐渐理顺价格机制，推动优质优价的政策拐点，预计收缴难度不断增加的现状可能缓解，为好房子提供好服务的企业更受到政策鼓励；其次是企业运营质量的拐点。该行预计2025年周期性业务对板块的业绩贡献几乎下降到0，对前期商誉和应收减值的计提见顶，预计板块业绩增速9.7%，盈利的可持续性预计明显提升；最后是企业继续增加现金分红，该行认为，板块中期的股利支付率或达到70%。
