4月9日，腾讯发布2024年年报，据年报披露，截至2024年12月31日止年度内，公司于联交所以总代价约1120亿港元（未计开支）购回合共307238500股股份。腾讯称，购回的股份其后已被注销，进行回购旨在长远提高股东价值。

　　于2024年，腾讯通过派发现金股息每股3.40港元（约320亿港元），及回购总值约等于1120亿港元的股份，向股东提供了可观的资本回报。

　　2025年，腾讯增加年度股息32%至每股4.50港元（约等于410亿港元），派息日前为2025年5月30日，并计划至少回购价值800亿港元的股份。

　　据年报披露，截至2024年12月31日，腾讯大股东Prosus通过MIHInternet Holdings持有2214863800股，持股比例为24.01%；Advance Data Services持有804859700股，持股比例为8.72%。公开资料显示，Advance Data Services为腾讯CEO马化腾全资持有公司。

　　关于雇员与薪酬方面，截至2024年12月31日，腾讯集团拥有110558名雇员，而2023年则是105417名，增加了5141名雇员；截至2024年12月31日年度的总酬金成本为人民币1128亿元，相比2023年的人民币1077亿元，增加了51亿元。以此折算，腾讯集团的人均年酬金达到102万元。
