新世界(00017.HK) 旗下北角“皇都”首季套现逾34亿元。新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部总监何家欣表示，项目全盘累售307伙，平均呎价约22,500元，占可销售单位逾92%，其中以价单形式售出单位中，逾75%买家选用即供付款。
项目今日(9日)新录一宗成交，售出26楼A8单位 ，两房连储物室间隔，实用面积524平方呎，售价1,041.7万元，呎价19,880元。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部助理总经理陈冬阳指，目前“皇都”余下最后2伙维港大宅待沽，分别为33楼及35楼B1室，大宅平均售价近4,000万元，平均呎价近35,000元。而SIGNATURE ZONE则余下23楼及26楼A6室待沽。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部助理总经理杨境豪透露，“皇都”共录约26组大手客，当中金额最大手豪客斥资逾1亿元买入两伙维港大宅，其中一伙成交呎价达5.1万元。另外，最大手豪客斥资近5,200万元购入6伙。
至于集团的合作盘，黄竹坑站港岛南岸第5A期项目“滶晨”，何家欣指，项目的示范单位、楼书及展销厅的准备工作已到最后阶段，目前项目已收到大量查询，料将于第二季推出市场。(sl/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-09 12:25。)
