上证报中国证券网讯（记者费天元）4月9日晚，国泰海通证券发布公告称，当日，公司董事会会议审议通过了《关于以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份方案的议案》，回购股份金额为人民币10亿元至20亿元，资金来源均为公司自有资金，回购股份价格不超过26.35元/股，回购股份用途为维护公司价值及股东权益。

根据此前公告，4月7日，国泰海通证券收到公司董事长朱健的提议函，提议公司通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分公司股份，回购股份的资金总额为10亿元至20亿元，回购目的是维护公司全体股东利益，增强投资者信心，稳定及提升公司价值。
