格隆汇4月9日丨康希通信(688653.SH)公布，公司董事会于2025年4月9日收到公司实际控制人、董事长、总经理PING PENG先生《关于格兰康希通信科技（上海）股份有限公司回购公司股份的提议函》，PING PENG先生提议公司以自有资金通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式回购公司已发行的部分人民币普通股（A股）股票，回购股份的资金总额不低于人民币2,000.00万元（含），不超过人民币4,000.00万元（含）。
