MercadoLibre Reportedly Plans to Boost Annual Investment in Argentina to $2.6 Billion in 2025

MercadoLibre (MELI) is reportedly looking to invest $2.6 billion in the Argentinian market during 2025, up 53% from the previous year, multiple news outlets reported Wednesday, citing the company's country manager Juan Martin de la Serna.

The e-commerce company plans to invest in logistics, marketing and technology, and will add 2,000 employees to its local workforce during the year, Reuters reported, citing a report by local newspaper La Nacion.
