Fastenal has named Sheryl Lisowski as interim chief financial officer, in addition to her current role as executive vice president, chief accounting officer and treasurer.
The industrial- and construction-supplies maker on Thursday said Lisowski will begin her additional role effective April 17 and hold it until the company appoints a permanent finance chief.
Lisowski's base salary will increase from $320,000 to $440,000, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Lisowski succeeds Holden Lewis, who intends to resign April 16, according to a December filing.
