WNS (WNS) is in advanced talks to be acquired by French IT company Capgemini, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.
Capgemini has outbid other interested buyers for WNS, the report said.
A deal may be reached in the coming weeks, although negotiations could still be delayed or fall through due to volatile global markets, Bloomberg said.
WNS and Capgemini did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
