智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股午后拉升，截至发稿，中信证券(06030)涨7.37%，报19.22港元；中国银河(06881)涨4.85%，报7.14港元；中金公司(03908)涨4.4%，报13.76港元；光大证券(06178)涨3.58%，报6.94港元；国泰君安(02611)涨3.16%，报10.46港元。
消息面上，国泰海通证券股份有限公司重组更名上市仪式4月11日在上交所举行。值得注意的是，国泰海通预计一季度实现归母净利润112.01亿元至124.45亿元，同比增加350%至400%，成为首家披露一季度盈利超百亿的券商，预计也是唯一一家一季度归母净利润超百亿的券商。
此外，中信证券预计2025年第一季度公司实现归属于母公司股东的净利润约人民币65.45亿元，同比增长32%左右。华泰证券、中信建投、中国银河、兴业证券、东吴证券、华安证券等头部、腰部上市券商也纷纷披露一季度业绩预告。从各家券商披露的一季度业绩预告来看，业绩预增主要由于财富管理、投资业务等多个业务板块都较上年同期显著增长。
