智通财经APP获悉，芯片股午前涨幅扩大，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨13.58%，报34.3港元；宏光半导体(06908)涨8.51%，报0.51港元；中芯国际(00981)涨5.1%，报46.35港元；上海复旦(01385)涨4.06%，报28.2港元。
消息面上，中国半导体行业协会4月11日发布《关于半导体产品“原产地”认定规则的紧急通知》。根据海关总署的相关规定，“集成电路”原产地按照四位税则号改变原则认定，即流片地认定为原产地。建议“集成电路”无论已封装或未封装，进口报关时的原产地以“晶圆流片工厂”所在地为准进行申报。
招银国际表示，美东时间4月2日，美国政府宣布了对等关税政策。4月4日，中国发布了对美的关税反制措施。虽然本次美国的“对等关税”不包括半导体（除半导体设备），但我们认为后续美国有可能针对半导体行业出台额外的关税政策。随着地缘风险加剧，我们认为中国半导体国产替代的趋势有望加速，半导体行业将会受益，建议关注国产替代属性较强的公司。
