长江生命科技(00775.HK) 公布，旗下针对滋养层细胞表面抗原2(TROP2)的新型癌症疫苗，在临床前阶段实验室测试中取得良好的早期成果。
据介绍，TROP2乃一种在多类癌症中有过度表现的细胞表面糖蛋白，常见于乳癌、肺癌、胰脏癌及结直肠癌。由于此蛋白在癌细胞之高度表现及在正常组织中极少存在，TROP2遂成为肿瘤学中具发展潜力的治疗性标靶。
长江生命科技表示，已向香港知识产权署提交circRNA及融合蛋白TROP2癌症疫苗的原授标准专利申请，并向美国专利商标局提交相关临时专利申请。经过详细评估，公司认为该TROP2癌症疫苗的成功商品化，可为公司带来潜在的重大经济效益。
另外，长江生命科技已向联交所申请其股份自周五(11日)上午9时正起恢复买卖。(js/w)
