智通财经APP讯，碧桂园(02007)发布公告，继本公司于2025年1月9日公告后，本公司欣然宣布，其已经与专案小组协定重组建议(重组建议)的主要条款，其占现有债券债务本金总额的29.9%，而专案小组的成员已经签署重组支持协议(重组支持协议)。本公司亦接近完成与协调委员会若干成员的协商，待协商完成后，该等成员将进行内部程序以取得签立重组支持协议的相关批准。
签立重组支持协议代表本公司探索整体方案解决其境外债务的重大里程碑(建议重组)。建议重组拟将本公司债权人的债务回收率最大化;为本公司建立长期及可持续的资本架构;为本公司业务复苏及有序出售本公司非核心资产提供充足基础;为本公司保持经营稳定性，以履行其境内物业交付责任;及为所有利益相关者利益维护资产价值。
本公司谨此就专案小组及协调委员会以及彼等的顾问持续支持及参与制定及实施建议重组致以谢意。
本公司衷心邀请持有现有债务的其他债权人考虑重组建议的条款，并藉尽快加入重组支持协议支持实施建议重组。建议重组将较其他相关替代情况为所有债权人提供更高债务回收率。
受限于重组支持协议的相关条款，在重组支持协议列示的相关截止日期之前签署或加入重组支持协议的债权人将在重组计划全面实施之日(重组生效日期)获得同意费用(重组支持协议同意费用)。
