鼎珮投资由集团执行董事、执行主席兼首席执行官庄天龙之母亲麦少娴全资拥有，基于家庭安排目的，麦少娴将其于鼎珮投资之所有股份转让予庄天龙。于股份转让后，庄天龙全资拥有鼎珮投资。根据证券及期货条例，庄天龙被视为于合共约16.31亿股股份中拥有权益，占集团已发行股份总数约26.77%。
