法国央行行长维勒鲁瓦近日接受采访时表示，特朗普政府的保护主义政策及其反复无常的贸易立场，正在动摇美元作为全球主要储备货币的信任基础。

　　“近期事态发展已损害市场对美元的信心，”这位执掌欧元区第二大经济体央行的官员直言。

　　维勒鲁瓦特别强调，美元信用度持续走低可能为欧元创造机遇。随着全球对美元体系疑虑加深，欧元作为国际支付和储备货币的作用有望得到实质性提升。这番表态正值美国对主要贸易伙伴加收钢铝关税，并威胁退出北美自贸协定等重大政策变动之际。

　　分析人士指出，作为全球持有美元储备最多的央行之一，法国央行的此番预警折射出国际社会对“美国优先”政策外溢效应的深度忧虑。美元指数自四月以来已累计下跌5%，创下去年三月以来最长连跌周期。
