Foresight News 消息，乌克兰国家证券与股市委员会（NSSMC）发布加密资产征税提案，拟对个人虚拟资产收益征收 18% 所得税和 5% 军事附加税，特定类别适用 5%-9% 优惠税率。加密资产间交易暂不征税，矿工奖励、质押收益、空投等纳入征税范围，存储与铸造等则免征增值税。该提案已提交议会，拟进一步征求行业意见。
