智通财经APP讯，上海电气(601727.SH)发布公告，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份，用于减少公司注册资本。预计回购金额不低于人民币1.5亿元(含)且不超过人民币3亿元(含)，回购价格不高于公司董事会审议通过回购决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%，即不超过人民币12.29元/股(含)。
