股票回购增持再贷款专项工具于去年10月设立，旨在激励引导金融机构向符合条件的上市公司和主要股东提供贷款，支持其回购和增持上市公司股票。

　　近日，为全力支持资本市场稳定运行，中国邮政储蓄银行积极组织支持上市公司股票回购增持行动，组成工作专班，通过多种形式对接企业，量身定制融资方案，走访服务企业超过百家；开辟业务绿色通道，安排专人进行业务审批，第一时间满足融资需要。截至目前，邮储银行已在天津、北京、山东、浙江等多地实现了业务落地，服务科技型企业、民营企业、市政公用等多类上市主体。

　　下一步，邮储银行将继续深入贯彻落实党中央关于增强资本市场内在稳定性长效机制的决策部署，严格落实股票回购增持再贷款工作相关要求，全力支持上市公司及其主要股东融资需求，以实际行动践行国有大行责任担当。
