Cuprina (CUPR) said Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 3 million shares at $4 apiece, expecting to raise $12 million.
The company said it granted the underwriter a 45-day option to buy up to 450,000 additional shares at the offering price.
If the over-allotment is fully exercised, total gross proceeds from the offering are expected to rise to $13.8 million, Cuprina said.
Cuprina said the shares are expected to begin trading Thursday on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol CUPR and the offering is scheduled to close Friday.
