4月10日金融一线消息，中意财产保险有限公司（以下简称“中意财险”）公告表示，为进一步提升公司承保水平，保障公司持续健康发展，中意财险向股东忠利保险有限公司（以下简称“忠利保险”）提交了《中意财产保险有限公司关于申请增加注册资本金的议案》。

　　股东忠利保险于3月31日做出决议，同意中意财险2025年增资人民币3.92亿元，折合约5100万欧元（实际注资额以人民币金额为准）。增加的注册资本由股东忠利保险全额认购，且已包含2024年12月中意财险董事会和2025年2月股东已审批通过但尚未完成的4000万欧元的计划增资。

　　增资后，中意财险注册资本金将达到16.92亿元。增资事宜需监管核准后生效。
