快科技4月10日消息,据媒体报道,继今年初解雇2000名被认为表现不佳的员工之后,微软正在考虑进行新一轮裁员,最早可能在5月实施。
此次裁员的主要目标是中层管理人员和非技术岗位,特别是项目经理和产品经理。
知情人士透露,微软内部正在探讨如何削减中层管理人员,并提高项目中程序员相对于非程序员的比例,微软目前约5.5名工程师对1名项目经理,目标是达到10:1。
除了中层管理人员和非技术岗位,此次裁员还将包括表现较差的员工。
微软采用0到200的评分系统评估员工绩效,称为“ManageRewards滑块”,其中,80分以下被视为低绩效,120分以上被视为高绩效。
连续两年绩效评估得分在80或以下的员工可能会被裁掉。
微软尚未确定具体的裁员人数,但知情人士表示,此次裁员的范围可能较大。
