快科技4月10日消息，据媒体报道，继今年初解雇2000名被认为表现不佳的员工之后，微软正在考虑进行新一轮裁员，最早可能在5月实施。

此次裁员的主要目标是中层管理人员和非技术岗位，特别是项目经理和产品经理。

知情人士透露，微软内部正在探讨如何削减中层管理人员，并提高项目中程序员相对于非程序员的比例，微软目前约5.5名工程师对1名项目经理，目标是达到10:1。

除了中层管理人员和非技术岗位，此次裁员还将包括表现较差的员工。

微软采用0到200的评分系统评估员工绩效，称为“ManageRewards滑块”，其中，80分以下被视为低绩效，120分以上被视为高绩效。

连续两年绩效评估得分在80或以下的员工可能会被裁掉。

微软尚未确定具体的裁员人数，但知情人士表示，此次裁员的范围可能较大。
