智通财经APP讯，CLSA PREMIUM(06877)发布公告，自2025年4月10日起：由于许建强先生需投入更多精力到其他业务安排，彼已提呈辞任公司非执行董事及公司企业管治委员会主席等职务;由于武剑锋先生希望投入更多时间到个人事务，彼已提呈辞任公司独立非执行董事以及公司薪酬委员会及审核委员会的成员等职务;由于马安阳先生遭遇可能损害其独立服务能力的潜在冲突，彼已提呈辞任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会、企业管治委员会及公司提名委员会的成员等职务。
自2025年4月11日起：姬广飞先生已获委任为公司执行董事、董事会主席及行政总裁;李江女士已获委任为公司执行董事及董事会副主席; 张焕平先生已获委任为公司执行董事;周祖禹先生已获委任为独立非执行董事及首席独立非执行董事;吕爱平先生已获委任为独立非执行董事。
自2025年4月11日起：袁峰先生已提呈辞任公司副行政总裁。姬广飞先生将代替李冏先生担任董事会主席。 袁峰先生及钟卓勋先生已由执行董事调任为非执行董事。
于许建强先生辞任及袁峰先生调任后，彼等不再担任上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所界定代表公司于中国香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序代理人)。姬广飞先生及公司秘书石永华先生已获委任为公司的授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年4月11日起生效。
