4月11日消息，据报道，在亚马逊年度致股东信中，首席执行官Andy Jassy着重指出，公司在AI领域投入了巨额资金。他提到，尽管现阶段AI开发与部署成本居高不下，但随着技术的不断进步，未来AI使用的单位成本将大幅降低。

Jassy透露，亚马逊今年计划的资本支出高达1000亿美元，其中大部分将用于AI相关项目，包括数据中心、网络设备、AI硬件，以及生成式AI服务能力建设。

目前，亚马逊已推出多款AI产品，如自研大模型Nova系列、自研AI芯片Trainium、面向消费者的购物聊天机器人、服务第三方模型的平台Bedrock，以及全面升级为生成式AI助手的新版Alexa。

自2021年接任CEO以来，Jassy不断推动亚马逊业务精简与成本控制。在2022至2023年间，公司累计裁员超过2.7万人。2024年，亚马逊继续实施小规模裁员，并关停了多个盈利能力欠佳的项目，如 “先试后买” 服装服务、线下极速配送门店试点等。

此外，Jassy还开设了名为 “反官僚邮箱” 的内部通道，收集员工反馈。截至目前，该邮箱已收到近1000封邮件，公司也据此完成了超过375项组织与流程优化调整。（鹿角）
