智通财经APP获悉，太平洋航运(02343)再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.43%，报1.65港元，成交额1789.92万港元。
消息面上，4月7日，太平洋航运斥资4445.41万港元回购2762.7万股。公司今年以来累计进行17次回购，合计回购6354.80万股，累计回购金额1.05亿港元。此外，太平洋航运获CARAVEL MARITIME VENTURES INC.及关联方增持2,500万股普通股股份，价值约4,025万港元，持仓比例由8.67%升至9.16%。
太平洋航运全年业绩显示，营业额25.82亿美元，同比增加12.41%；股东应占溢利1.32亿美元，同比增加20.4%；每股基本盈利2.54美仙；拟派发末期股息每股5.1港仙。美银证券此前指出，留意到干散货物在今年进入下行周期，太平洋航运今年首季的锁定运价同比下滑，预计公司今年的盈利将同比下跌，并且与市场预期相比存在50%的下行空间。
